We start with your site, your planned bather load, your operational requirements, and your timeline. Commercial aquatic engineering starts with those constraints, not with a catalog shape. We bring sixty-eight years of Northwest Florida site experience to that first conversation.
Pool geometry, hydraulic calculations, recirculation and turnover rate engineering, ADA ramp and lift placement, and deck layout are all part of the design package. You see the full engineered drawing and a line-item proposal before anything is signed.
Florida Department of Health commercial pool permit, structural engineering submittals, and any county or municipal building department review packages are handled by our team. We have been navigating Bay, Walton, and Okaloosa county permit offices for six decades.
Commercial gunite shells are reinforced to handle commercial bather loads and the structural demands of zero-entry entries, lazy river features, and elevated aquatic elements. Our crews build the shell; we do not sub this phase out.
Hydraulic lines, recirculation plumbing, and commercial-grade Jandy equipment are specified and installed as a complete system engineered for the pool's turnover requirements. Commercial equipment installed to the letter of Florida code, not adapted from a residential spec sheet.
In-house paver crews handle commercial deck installation. Our sister plaster company applies the interior finish. Both happen on the same schedule as the rest of the project, eliminating the waiting that causes most commercial pool timelines to slip in the final phase.
We manage the final state inspection, balance startup chemistry, and conduct an equipment walkthrough with your property management team. From that point forward, warranty service is one call to our department, not a manufacturer's customer service queue.

ADA compliance is engineered into the design phase, not addressed as an afterthought. Accessible entries, ramp configurations, pool lift placement, and deck clearances are all part of the original design package. We do not finish a commercial pool and then figure out ADA at the inspection.
Timeline depends on pool size, site conditions, permit review timelines, and the complexity of features like lazy rivers or zero-entry configurations. Commercial projects typically run longer than residential builds because of the additional regulatory review steps. We provide a detailed project schedule at the proposal stage and update it throughout the build.
Commercial pools in Florida require a Florida Department of Health (FDOH) permit, which governs bather load calculations, recirculation turnover rates, filtration system specifications, chemical feed systems, and facility safety requirements. These are separate from and in addition to the standard county or city building permits required for any construction. Residential pools only require the standard building permit. Commercial code is significantly more prescriptive and the inspection process is more involved.
Yes. Lazy rivers, zero-entry beach entries, attached spas, splash pad features, and multi-zone aquatic complexes are all within our commercial scope. These features require hydraulic engineering beyond a standard pool spec, and that engineering is done in-house as part of the design package.
