Pool Design That Fits the Destin Lifestyle
A well-designed Destin pool connects the home, outdoor-living area, and surrounding views.
Depending on the site, that may mean a clean geometric pool, a compact courtyard layout, a raised spa, a sun shelf, an infinity-style visual edge, or a family-oriented design with multiple zones. Popular options include integrated spas, tanning ledges, waterline tile, premium interior finishes, LED lighting, heating, automation, water features, and paver decks.
Destin projects may involve limited access, established landscaping, waterfront conditions, salt exposure, stormwater considerations, vacation-rental schedules, or coordination with builders and architects. Our process begins with an evaluation of the property and intended use, connecting naturally with our Santa Rosa Beach and Niceville service areas.

Stronger trust signals than an unsupported "best in Destin" claim.
Cox Pools has operated in Northwest Florida since 1958 and remains a three-generation family business. More importantly for project delivery, the company keeps plaster, paver decking, and warranty support within its own organization or sister company instead of fragmenting those responsibilities among unrelated subcontractors.

Planning a Pool for a Destin Home or Rental
The design conversation should start with who uses the pool and how.
The design consultation should establish who will use the pool, how often the property is occupied, whether the pool will be heated, who will control the equipment, and what the maintenance and service plan will be. For a second home or vacation property, app-based automation can simplify schedules for pumps, heaters, lighting, and water features.
For commercial properties, turnover, bather load, accessibility, code compliance, equipment capacity, inspection, and post-opening service belong in the conversation from the beginning. Those projects should be routed directly to the Cox Pools commercial pool team.
