Custom Pool Builder in Niceville, Florida.

Residential Pools Designed Around the Home

Careful planning for established homes and new construction alike.

Niceville and Bluewater Bay properties range from established homes with mature landscaping to newer construction with a blank backyard. Both require careful planning. On an established property, access, utilities, trees, drainage, and existing decks may shape the design. For a new home, early coordination can create better transitions between the house, covered living areas, pool, and yard.

Your pool may include a spa, sun shelf, shallow play area, built-in seating, water features, heating, LED lighting, automation, and a custom paver deck. Cox Pools helps you select a combination that fits the property's scale and the way the pool will be used, connecting naturally with our Destin service area.
